The cost of each unit in Tulasi Vihar Phase-II is Rs.5,00,000/- with A0.025 land and constructed area of 400 sq.ft. For first 250 units. 100% finance shall be provided subject to the eligibility. The booking amount is only 50,000/-and a guaranted return @2500/- per month in case of non-occpancy.
